· CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, videotapes and video games: Must be returned unopened.
· Books
APPAREL, SHOES & ACCESSORIES
· All apparel, shoes and accessories: Merchandise must be returned unworn, with tickets attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

MUSIC
· CDs and DVDs: Must be returned unopened.
· Music Downloads: Cannot be returned. All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable.

· All apparel, shoes and accessories: Merchandise must be returned unworn, with tickets attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

BOOKS, MOVIES & VIDEO GAMES
· CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, videotapes and video games: Must be returned unopened.
· Books: Must be returned unused and unmarked.

Returns Exceptions
Here are the exceptions to our general Returns Policy:
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item to a our physica addressor return it by mail for a full refund. If returning the item via mail ensure that you send by traceable mail in case we do not recieve it.
Error-Related Refunds
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
Return or Exchange an Item
Return or Exchange an Item in a Store
You can replace, exchange, or get credit for an item immediately in a store, pending product availability. Please see the Returns Policy section above for exceptions.

To return an item to a store:
1. Bring the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories.
2. If available, bring the packing slip that came with the item.
3. If you do not have the original packing slip, you can print out the order history for the item you are returning.
